This was my first visit to honest 1. I was really impressed! James did an outstanding job of communicating, especially when there was a delay in getting some parts. He kept me informed and offered a discount for the delay. Also, observing him interact with other customers, he always did whatever was necessary to satisfy every customer! I have NEVER seen this level of service at a repair shop. And then to top it off, when I got in my car there was a bag of snacks with a thank you attached. Wow!
