As always, service was friendly. However, I was a bit frustrated with the lack of communication. I was told that my car was going to take "a bit longer" than the originally estimated two hours. I sat there waiting for four more hours, until closing time. I finally went to ask about my car and was told that it would be a bit longer. Ultimately, the technician explained the complication and apologized for the delay, which I really appreciated because he truly went above and beyond to save the part. I just wish that someone would have told me how long "a little while" was so that I hadn't sat there all afternoon.
